Ms. Carrie Suen:

Carrie is the Senior Advisor, International Public Policy and Government Affairs Team of Ant Group, where she is responsible for developing global strategy and driving thought leadership in support of Ant Group's international public affairs goals. She has seen first-hand how the global FinTech industry has evolved. Under Carrie's leadership, Ant's International Legal Team grew fourfold from 2017-2021 and now supports Ant Group's innovative companies in more than 100 markets. In 2020, Carrie was invited to be one of 13 advisors to the Money20/20 Asia RiseUp program, a global initiative to promote female leaders in the tech industry.

Mr. Ho Chee Wai:

Chee Wai is the Singapore Country Head and Vice President of Neobanking and Cards Strategy at Nium. In his role, Chee Wai is responsible for spearheading the customer acquisition and usage of Nium's consumer arm, Instarem. He is now planning the next wave of growth initiatives in neobanking and cards in the retail business, starting with Instarem amaze, a first-of-its-kind launch of a World Debit Mastercard in Asia Pacific. Chee Wai is also Chairperson of the Remittance Subcommittee of Singapore's Singapore Fintech Association and Remittance Association, which promotes the digital transformation of remittance businesses in Singapore.

Prof. Keith B. Carter:

Keith Carter is an Associate Professor at the National University of Singapore (NUS) School of Computing, Department of Information Systems and Analytics, where he is responsible for consulting and teaching in the areas of Big Data, Machine Learning and Design Thinking. He is also Actionable Intelligence Strategist at KBC Global Partners, leading the implementation of Big Data projects for companies in Finance, Banking, Fintech and Supply Chain. He is also Chief Information Officer and Machine Learning Lead at Datarama, a fintech start-up.

Mr. Patrick Tay:

Patrick is Assistant Secretary-General of NTUC and also the Director of Legal and Strategy Departments of NTUC. He currently co-chairs the Financial Sector Tripartite Committee and the PME Taskforce. He is also Executive Secretary for the Banking & Financial Services Union and the Singapore Manual & Mercantile Workers' Union.
