About the Event

Getting back to the workplace poses a whole host of challenges as employees deal with a range of

anxieties after having worked from home for the larger part of 2021. While many are happy to get back to the workplace, the “normal” workplace ceases to exist as organisations need to work with constraints such as social distancing measures, limit to group size at meetings, split work groups. Individuals that just join the workforce or are changing their work environment are also facing challenges to adapt to a new place and new norm.  This programme equips individuals with the key tools to deal with their emotions and managing the stress such that it has minimal spillover to other areas of their lives. The critical difference between positive and negative response to circumstances lies in the way we perceive and deal with each potentially stressful situation: resiliency - the way we cope and how we ride through the circumstances. The programme provides a practical presentation of time-tested techniques to increase awareness of self and environment and to build strategies to overcome adversities. It also enables the participants to:   Increase self-awareness to learn to be self-sufficient to manage stressful situations  Increase empowerment as they develop strategies to resolve workplace challenges  Develop strategies to create a culture of mindfulness Join us in our workshop to learn tips from our trainer – Ms Rachpal Kaur Tulsi. Ms Rachpal is nationally known speaker and expert on change, health and wellbeing and workforce trends. She has 18 years of experience consulting organisations on managing workplace diversity and inclusion, employee engagement and people development. Her background in Psychology and Organisational Development and her training in Neuro Linguistic Programming and certification in Profiling Tools gives her an edge in understanding and attending to the cognitive, emotional and behavioural needs of employees and organisations. This workshop is part of the BFSU S2U programme. Please register with us complimentary under the S2U programme at http://bit.ly/bfsus2u before you continue with the following registration for this event.
