You can now sign up for NTUC Union Membership via MyNTUC app. Upon successful
sign-up, your NTUC e-Card will be reflected in your account instantly and you can use it
to enjoy your member benefits immediately.
Use your NTUC e-Card on the go
Forget to bring your NTUC Card out? Login to your account and link your membership card to the mobile app. Flash your NTUC e-Card when you shop at partner merchants or scan the QR code to earn and redeem Linkpoints at NTUC FairPrice and Unity.
Update your contact details conveniently on the app
You can update the following information on the mobile app.

Receive timely updates & track your notifications
Get real-time updates on your membership activities via the new in-app Push Notifications feature. Receive alerts to your notification inbox on your membership application status, case submission status, renewals, arrears, and other activities.

If you are encountering any workplace disputes or have any inquiries that requires our advice or assistance. You can write and submit a case to us under “Protection” category on the app homepage.
Once the case has been submitted to us, you can keep track the status by accessing the notification inbox conveniently.
Fast and easy online payment via the app
Pay your membership renewal fees or arrears with ease using the mobile app. You can add recurring bill payment arrangement using your Credit Card/Debit Card or GIRO.
